1. Acceptance of Terms

This is a legal and binding agreement between you, the user ("User" or "You"), and Zezo Technologies, the owner and operator of the Zerra mobile application (the "App" or "Site"). By accessing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the services.

2. Description of Service

Zerra provides an interactive platform that facilitates access to various digital content, including but not limited to films, serials, programs, and sports (collectively, the "Services").

  • Streaming Content: Zerra provides a directory of available content URLs. We do not host, upload, or store any video files or media content on our own servers. All content accessed through Zerra is Third-Party Content.
  • Screen Capture Tool: The App provides a tool for local screen recording.
  • Access: Access may be provided via free (ad-supported) or subscription-based models at the sole discretion of Zezo Technologies.

3. User Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals who have attained the age of majority (18 years). Minors may access the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents/Guardians are advised to exercise discretion and utilize available age-rating descriptors and guidance messages.

4. Access and Use of Services

A. Limited License

Zezo Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access the Site and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

B. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  1. AI Training & Scraping: Use any trademarks, copyrighted material, or platform data for training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or large language models (LLMs).
  2. Circumvention: Bypass, modify, or interfere with any Digital Rights Management (DRM) or geo-filtering mechanisms.
  3. Illegal Recording: Use the screen capture tool to record copyrighted movies, serials, or private content without express legal authorization.
  4. Automated Access: Use robots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data from the Site.

5. Content Standards (Social Feed & User Material)

Zerra may provide features for users to post comments or reviews ("User Material"). You represent that your User Material does not:

  • Depict graphic violence, blood, or gore.
  • Promote illegal drugs or substances.
  • Contain obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.
  • Incite hate speech or harassment based on gender, race, or religion.
  • Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription Fees: Certain content requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed at the beginning of the period and are non-refundable.
  • Free Trials: Eligibility for free trials is determined by Zezo Technologies and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
  • Payment Methods: We utilize third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Use of the Services is at your own risk. The App and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, security, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zezo Technologies, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total monetary liability shall be limited to INR 1,000 or the amount paid for your current subscription month, whichever is lower.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Zezo Technologies against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  1. Your violation of these Terms.
  2. Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  3. Any unauthorized use of your account.
